My grandfather, who was a photographer, presented me with his camera when I was 6 but that's not when my love to photography began.
When I grew older I decided to study landscaping because I was always very creative and I had a huge passion for nature. I still do!
With the birth of my daughter in 2010, the love of the photography found me. My family lives far away and I wanted to capture my daughter's 'little moments' so we could still share them together.
I have always appreciated all the boxes full of the pictures of my childhood taken by my granddad and wanted to do the same for her. Friends and family loved my pictures so much and started to convince me to turn it into a photography business and that's how Magdalena Ward Photography was born.
I'm now a multi-award winning photographer (my daughter calls me Magdalen Award) and I absolutely love my job!
